Dr. David Maloney, DVM and his staff are performing skillful dog and cat spays and neuters, vaccinations, microchipping and more, all at the Spay Neuter Clinic’s low prices.
Dr. Maloney is a 2001 cum laude graduate of Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Zoology. He attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2005, after completing his senior year of clinical rotations at Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation he was a staff veterinarian for two years at Best Friends Animal Society in Kanab, Utah, before becoming medical director of a high quality, high volume spay/neuter clinic in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2007. While in Cincinnati he also worked part time in a small animal private practice. He returned to Arizona in 2011 and was medical director and head surgeon at Altered Tails Barnhardt clinic in Phoenix. He has also served as a DVM instructor for a two year AVMA accredited Veterinary Technology program at Pima Medical Institute. To date he has performed over 20,000 surgical sterilizations of dogs and cats with a minimal complication rate. In addition he volunteers his time with VIDAS, an international veterinary organization that performs mass sterilization clinics in Quintana Roo, Mexico twice yearly.
