Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Spay Neuter Clinic website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Effective date: October 1, 2026
Who we are
Spay Neuter Clinic runs low-cost spay, neuter, and wellness clinics in Arizona and Pennsylvania. The website www.spayaz.com is owned and operated by Spay Neuter Clinic, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers this website only.
The short version
- You can browse our website without giving us any personal information.
- We only collect personal information that you choose to send us through our contact form or careers form.
- We use that information to answer you or to review your job application. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.
- Reservations are scheduled by phone. Your pet’s records are kept at the clinic, not on this website.
Information you give us
Contact form. Your name, email address, and message. You can also choose to give us your phone number and the clinic your question is about.
Careers form. Your name, email address, phone number, the clinic you are interested in, the position you are applying for, your resume, and, if you choose, one additional file (such as a cover letter or certification) and a message.
Please do not include sensitive information, such as your Social Security number, bank or card details, or health information, in a form or an attached file. We do not need it at this stage.
How we use your information
- To reply to your question or message.
- To review your job application and contact you about it.
- To keep the website secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not use form submissions for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How form submissions are stored, and for how long
When you send a form, your submission is emailed to our team at [email protected], and a copy is saved in the website’s private administration area, which only authorized staff can access. Resumes and other attached files are stored in a private location on our web server that is not publicly accessible.
Submissions saved on the website, including attached files, are deleted automatically after 365 days. The notification emails sent to [email protected] are kept in our business email system (Microsoft 365) for one year and then deleted.
To block spam, the website also keeps a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of your IP address for about one hour after you submit a form, so it can limit repeated submissions.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver the website, keep it secure, and fix problems.
Cookies. Our website does not use advertising cookies. Our security providers, Cloudflare and SiteGround, may set cookies that are needed to tell real visitors apart from automated bots. Staff who sign in to the website’s administration area receive sign-in cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work, although a security check may ask you to verify again.
We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits (see Services we use).
Finding your clinic
On our Locations page you can sort clinics by distance. If you choose “Find clinics near me,” your browser asks for your permission first, and your location is used only inside your browser to sort the list. It is not sent to us.
If you type a ZIP code instead, your browser sends that ZIP code to Zippopotam.us, a free public lookup service, to find its approximate map location. That service receives your IP address as part of the request. We do not receive or store the ZIP code you enter.
Services we use
- SiteGround hosts our website and stores its data, including form submissions. SiteGround may run a quick browser check to block bots. SiteGround privacy policy
- Cloudflare protects the website and helps it load quickly. Visits to our website pass through Cloudflare’s network. Our forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending the form and may collect information about your browser and device to do that. Cloudflare privacy policy
- Microsoft 365 is our business email. Form notifications are delivered to our [email protected] mailbox. Microsoft privacy statement
- Google Maps is embedded on our clinic pages. When a page with a map loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set cookies. Google privacy policy
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to understand, in total, how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed most. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device type. We do not use it to identify you. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Our website also links to our Facebook, Instagram, and X pages. These are plain links. If you follow them, those sites’ own privacy policies apply.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:
- with the service providers listed above, so they can run the website and our email for us;
- within our company, for example with the manager of the clinic you applied to or asked about;
- when the law requires it, or when needed to protect the safety or rights of our clients, staff, or others; and
- as part of a sale, merger, or transfer of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
Your pet’s records
This website does not collect or store your pet’s medical records. Clinic records, such as vaccine and surgery records, are created and kept at the clinic, not through the website. For a copy of your pet’s records, please call the clinic you visited. You can find every clinic’s phone number on our Locations page.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, limited administrator access, and private storage for uploaded files. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to protect the information you share with us.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information you sent through our website, or withdraw a job application, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will respond to requests as that law requires.
Children
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or practices change. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
